Ayurvedic Cooking Yoga Retreat
Yoga guides us to take good care of ourselves, to observe our inner needs, to introspect our life state, and to practice harmony of body and mind. In our daily lives, ‘food’ is an important source of energy for our body and mind.
Our culinary creation activities are based on Ayurvedic dietary principles and offer an immersive experience of yoga life. We guide everyone to choose ingredients that are suitable for their body and soul, sourced from the local and seasonal abundance of the land. Amidst the earth and the breeze, we only need to embrace a positive mood to create dishes, transforming them into unique delicacies.
How do we observe the nutrients our body needs? How do we design a menu? How do we use and store local seasonal ingredients? How do we create a yoga garden by hand? All these will be shared with everyone here, in our Yoga Garden in Taiwan.
In addition to being an opportunity to learn about delightful cooking, it is also an opportunity to explore oneself and heal the soul. Together, we will feel the meaning behind each bite of food, take good care of ourselves, and one day, we can pass this gift on to the people around us, allowing happiness and harmony to accompany us continuously.

Amalina, the host, utilizes locally sourced, non-toxic ingredients, organic food, and the highest quality olive and tea oils. We combine the principles of joyful eating and design meals according to the seasons. These meals open up the senses and the flow of the heart, while also taking care of the body’s nutrition.
Let’s enjoy our meals together, feeling every bite that comes from the abundance and support of the earth. We cherish the efforts and dedication of the farmers. Experience the nourishment that comes from the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
